After-hour Market Movers for Monday September 9th, 2019
Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP) shares closed 7.88% lower on Monday after it released a partnership with Spotify (NYSE: SPOT). Spotify users can now share music or podcasts directly onto their Snapchat stories to share with their friends.
Roku, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU) shares finished 5.2% lower after witnessing a meteoric rise throughout the summer. Throughout the month of August, Roku shares surged by 53%. Then, during the first week of September, Roku shares continued its bullish run and gained another 10%. However, on Monday, shares began to pull back.
Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) stock price advanced by 15.2% on Monday. However, during extended trading hours, Rite Aid slipped by 2.6%.
The Trade Desk, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTD) shares edged lower by 8.35%, continuing its slump from last Friday. Trade Desk shares have cratered by as much as 13% since Friday’s high leading into the closing bell on Monday.
Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) shares swung lower by 2.26% after reaching its record high last week. Visa shares peaked at USD 186.54 last Friday, however, shares took a turn and closed at USD 181.55 per share on Monday.
